How It Works

How We Calculate Your Charter Bus Rate

Our charter bus rates follow a transparent formula. No hidden fees, no surprise charges — just honest pricing you can verify before you book.

1

Booking Fee

A flat fee covers scheduling, dispatch coordination, and driver assignment. Charter Bus: $125. Sprinter Van: $85.

2

Hourly Charge

Your driver's time from pickup to final drop-off. Charter Bus: $185/hr. Sprinter Van: $85/hr. 5-hour minimum applies.

3

Mileage Charge

Every mile your bus travels on your route. Charter Bus: $4.25/mi. Sprinter Van: $3.50/mi.

4

Deadhead (if applicable)

If your pickup is 50+ miles from our Dallas depot, we charge 75% of the live mileage rate for the trip to reach you. Within 50 miles? No deadhead charge.

Total = Booking Fee + (Hours x Hourly Rate) + (Miles x Per-Mile Rate) + Deadhead

For most trips, the hourly or mileage charge dominates. You are never double-charged at full rate for both.
